Excursions can enhance the student's knowledge of a subject and show them new and creative ways of thinking.

Dean and David play with some high tech physics toys at the Frankston CSIRO laboratories as a part of their study on structures. They can be seen here determining the force necessary to break a piece of steel.

Learning by doing will leave children with a lasting impression.

Healthy food party

To celebrate good nutrition, Year One enjoyed a healthy food party. Delicious dishes included creamy pumpkin soup, salads, savouries, rice dishes and exotic fruit. To top off the occasion Miss Tinalli brought in her juicer and each child enjoyed a glass of fresh fruit juice. A wonderful luncheon was enjoyed by all.
